Join us for the next Andrew Jackson Elementary PTO Board Meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 4:45 p.m. in the school library. All parents, guardians, teachers, and staff are welcome to attend as we discuss upcoming events, fundraising, volunteer opportunities, and other ways we can support our students and school community. We'd love to have you join the conversation and get involved!

As we have done before, this year all students and staff will receive a spirit t-shirt courtesy of your PTO. For the last couple of days, the AJS community has been voting on their favorite design for those shirts. By a wide margin, the kids chose design number 2! The comic book style design won a lot of fans. Once the shirts are printed and delivered they will be sent home with students and we will have a spirit shirt day once a week! It is that time of year. Time to enjoy some delicious Chick-Fil-A all while earning money for the Andrew Jackson PTO! On September 1, 2026 head over to the Chick-Fil-A in Hermitage. Make sure you have the mobile app installed because only mobile orders will count for spirit night. In the app, use code AJSPTO. While you can eat in the restaurant, you cannot order at the counter. All orders must be mobile using the code. You can also visit more than once!

Papa Johns is our only recurring Spirit Night and we kick off our 2026-2027 school year on September 17, 2026! You can dine at any Nashville area corporate Papa Johns and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the AJS PTO! When you order, make sure you use code AJELEM. If ordering online, put the code in the coupon box at checkout. After this one, all the rest of our Papa Johns Spirit Nights will take place on the first Thursday of the month.
