WHAT IS EAGLE RUN?​

Eagle Run is a full day dedicated to family, fitness, and fun! This beloved tradition brings together students, families, teachers, and community members to celebrate health, school spirit, and educational excellence. Each class will have a chance to run as many laps as possible during the actual race and then they will spend the day visiting stations manned by fitness guests from the community! There they will engage in a variety of fun and interesting fitness related activities.

HOW DO STUDENTS RAISE MONEY?

Students and families raise money by gathering pledges and each year they compete for a number of fun prizes. Donations can be made by cash, check, or online through the FundHub website. Register and customize your student’s FundHub page to collect funds online. Click HERE to register. Cash and checks should be returned to school in the donation envelope provided with the Eagle Run packet sent home before fall break. If you have misplaced that one, a regular envelope will do. Just make sure your student's name and teacher is on the envelope. Please make checks payable to AJS PTO. Final donations are du by November 13, 2025.  All kids who register by November 6, 2025 will get a prize!

 

HOW CAN I HELP? 

Donate to the Hospitality Cafe

Students will eat lunch in their classrooms (bring from home or take a provided sack lunch). The cafeteria will serve as the Hospitality Cafe for parents, guests, and staff. To donate food items to the hospitality cafe, click HERE. 
 

Volunteer at Eagle Run

Eagle Run happens thanks to volunteers like YOU! We need help at the run site, spirit booth, hospitality cafe, and more.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Opening Ceremony - This begins at 9:00 a.m. in the Gym. That is where you will see all the awesome banners the students have been working on, the Honor Guard will raise the official flag and we here that there is even a skit.  If you would like to attend please allow plenty of time to park, take the shuttle (see below), get your campus identification label and get seated.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There will be no parking on campus during the event. Please park at:
Temple Baptist Church
110 Fellowship Lane
Old Hickory, TN 37138
 

A shuttle bus will run continuously between the church and the school from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please do not park in the Brandywine neighborhood or nearby businesses.
