What is the Sneaker Ball?
The Sneaker Ball is a high-energy dance event where dressy meets sporty! Guests are encouraged to pair their favorite sneakers with favorite fancy outfit for a fun, stylish night of music, dancing, and community celebration.
What is the dress code?
Think “dress to impress… with sneakers!” Dresses, suits, dress shirts or your favorite fun outfit are all welcome just make sure to rock your favorite sneakers to complete the look.
Who can attend?
The Sneaker Ball is open to Andrew Jackson Elementary students only.
What about chaperones?
Each student is required to have an adult chaperone with them at the Sneaker Ball. Each adult may chaperone more than one student and/or the student of another parent but their names need to be listed as that student's chaperone at the time the tickets are purchased. Chaperones do not need to purchase a ticket.
When and where is the event?
The event will be held at the Andrew Jackson Elementary Gym. Attendees should enter through the main entrance of the school for check-in or ticket sales. The event is split into two time slots: Pre K - 2nd grade 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. 3rd grade - 5th grade 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Will there be food and drinks?
Water will be available and students will be given a small snack.
Who will provide the music?
We will have DJ SKEET spinning the kid-friendly hits.
How do I purchase tickets and how much are they?
Tickets can be purchased online HERE. Pre-Sale tickets are $10.00 for one and $15.00 for two. If you purchase tickets at the door the price is $15.00 for one and $20.00 for two.
Is the Bid to Give event connected to the Sneaker Ball?
Yes! As part of the ticket price, Sneaker Ball attendees will receive exclusive early access to start bidding before the Bid to Give opens to the public.
What should I bring?
Your best attitude, and your flyest sneakers! You might want to bring cash for photos or song requests. We will have a list of pre-sale ticket purchasers but, if you are paying at the door you can use cash, card, Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
